Limited Editions
You will be issued a Certificate of Authenticity by the artist personally, via post. Certificates of Authenticity are numbered, signed and contain relevant details. They can be affixed to the back of the print when getting it framed.
Printing
I try to do some printing myself. I fall back to a professional printing service if I am unable to offer quick printing turnover due to high demand. The quality of the service was tested by me. Custom sizes and framing are available upon email request.
Shipping
All orders are processed within one week of receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If I do the printing myself, I will collect orders and will print several at a time.
Most orders are shipped using DHL and DHL international with tracking.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept any responsibility for delays in orders due to circumstances out of my control.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping to a German address is free of charge. .
Rest of the World: Flat shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If shipping rates appear to be extraordinary high for certain regions or countries, please reach out to me.
Estimated delivery times are:
UK & Europe: 3-7 business days
International: 7-14 business days
Please note, shipping times may vary during the holiday season or as a result of Covid limitations.
Import Duties & Tax
All prices are shown including 19% VAT (GERMANY) and are in €.
International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.
Please ensure you take into account any potential customs and import fees and taxes before you place your order. They are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied on orders shipped to countries outside the EU. If customs charges are not paid, customs is free to direct the customs charges to the sender, to return the shipment or to destroy it In this case, fees may also be incurred, which will be charged subsequently. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of taxes, fees and customs charges that may be incurred upon arrival of the shipment in the recipient's destination country. If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, you are not entitled to a replacement. Please understand that customs determine these charges and they cannot be calculated by us in advance.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days (UK and Europe) or 21 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hello@christianherriger.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
I am unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at hello@christianherriger.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
